Simran Simran

Simran, a second-year MBA student at Yale University, has been affiliated with the Inclusive Economic Development Lab since her first year. During her time at IEDL, she has worked on projects ranging from analyzing the New Haven business landscape to supporting podcasts that explore economic development across different country contexts. She values the Lab’s focus on understanding the strategic levers of economic development and how they can be shaped to drive inclusive prosperity. Her strengths lie in making sense of complex data and translating insights toward human-centered economic outcomes.
Project Work includes engaging in a deep analysis of New Haven’s vibrant business and economic landscape alongside the Center for Inclusive Growth and providing valuable research support for the inspiring CitySCOPE podcast.
