Ricky Li is an Insight and Data Lead at the World Economic Forum’s Centre for the New Economy and Society, driving data-driven insights to shape resilient and equitable economies. At the Forum, she has co-authored the Future of Jobs Report and Global Gender Gap Report, led data explorer development for flagship publications, and managed global surveys with 12,000+ responses. She also curates data sessions and visuals at the Annual Meeting in Davos and fosters partnerships with 270+ institutions across 140+ economies.

Previously, she was a data consultant at Artefact, advising industry leaders on digital transformation and data governance. She has also contributed to SME development policy in Uzbekistan and Armenia. Ricky is a proud alumna of the class of 2020 at the Global Business and Society program at Yale School of Management.
