Arpita Raveendran

Arpita Raveendran is an MBA graduate from Yale University and a computer science engineer with ~7 years of experience working across the technology, education, and economic development sectors. She is an avid learner, and I hold empathy, curiosity, and grit as the central values of my life. 

 

 Arpita worked with the CT BBA on leading the supplier diversity initiative, which is focused on supporting and scaling minority—and women-owned businesses by reshaping procurement practices. As part of this initiative, she conducted research, defined key performance indicators, and built a supplier diversity scorecard tool to evaluate the procurement strategies of large purchasing institutions and help them make data-driven decisions about engaging with minority and women vendors.
